Oh My Stars - The Nebby Needle

 Oh My Stars - The Nebby Needle is a patriotic and heartfelt design by Bonny Woomer, celebrating Americana stitching with timeless style. This pattern includes two coordinating pieces: a star-filled sampler and a matching pincushion. Both pieces feature traditional motifs, decorative lettering, and a folk-art feel that stitchers of all levels will enjoy.

The models were stitched on 35 count Beige linen by Weeks Dye Works using The Gentle Art overdyed threads. The sampler and most of the pincushion are stitched with one strand of floss over two threads, but the words and initials on the pincushion are stitched over one linen thread for added detail and texture. A DMC conversion is not recommended, as it will not match the subtle shading and depth of the model.

This versatile pattern is perfect for display during patriotic holidays or as a year-round reminder of heritage and home.
