About Maple Grove Needleworks
Hi, I'm Jane, founder of Maple Grove Needleworks.
Needlework has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. I first learned to stitch alongside my grandmother, and over the years that simple hobby became a lifelong source of creativity, relaxation, and connection.
Every so often someone asks how Maple Grove Needleworks got its name. The answer is simple: I live on Maple Grove Road. When it came time to name the shop, the road seemed like a natural choice. Over time, the name has come to represent something more, a place for stitchers to discover beautiful supplies, inspiring projects, and the satisfaction that comes from making something by hand.
Maple Grove Needleworks was created to be the kind of shop I enjoy visiting myself. A place where quality matters, where supplies are thoughtfully chosen, and where stitchers can find fabrics, threads, charts, and tools for their next project.
I am an active member of the Embroiderers' Guild of America and enjoy learning from and stitching alongside fellow needleworkers. Some of the observations, products, and ideas you'll find throughout the shop come directly from years of stitching, guild meetings, helping customers, and paying attention to the things that repeatedly catch my eye.
If you're a member of the Embroiderers' Guild of America, please reach out and I'll be happy to set up your member discount on your account.
Thank you for visiting Maple Grove Needleworks. I'm glad you're here.
Warmly,
Jane
