At Maple Grove Needleworks, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items that are unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of needlework products, the following items are not eligible for return:

Cut fabric, including fabric cut specifically to fulfill an order

Special order items

Nashville Needlework Market preorders and other event preorders

Sale and clearance items

Gift cards
Threads and Fibers
Unopened threads, floss, fibers, and similar products may be returned if they are in their original condition and packaging.
Opened, used, damaged, or altered threads and fibers are not eligible for return.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us promptly if an item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items that are lost in transit.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.
