Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING

Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be processed. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order is on its way.

Orders are generally shipped through USPS or UPS. Maple Grove Needleworks currently ships only within the United States.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES

Standard shipping rates are based on the order subtotal:

Orders up to $14.99: $5.95

Orders from $15.00 through $39.99: $6.95

Orders of $40 or more: Free tracked shipping

Oversized needlepoint canvas is charged separately due to its packaging and shipping requirements. The applicable shipping charge will be displayed at checkout.

REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an item arrives damaged or defective, or Maple Grove Needleworks sends an incorrect item.

Once an eligible return is received and inspected, the purchase price of the returned item will be refunded. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable unless the return is due to an error by Maple Grove Needleworks or the item arrived damaged or defective.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email admin@maplegroveneedleworks.com as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the item’s condition. These situations are handled individually, and I will work with you toward a satisfactory solution.

SHIPPING DELAYS

While I strive to ship every order promptly, Maple Grove Needleworks is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier operations, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond my control.
